Mortadella Bologna PGI Selezione Tour-tlen was developed thanks to the experience of two leading Bolognese partners: Felsineo, which has been synonymous with high-quality mortadella since 1963, and the Ristoassociazione Tour-tlen, which brings together chefs from the Bologna area and beyond with the mission of promoting Bolognese gastronomy in Italy and around the world.
It is a Mortadella made with 100% Italian meat, designed by chefs for chefs, as demonstrated by the fact that numerous professionals who are not member of the Ristoassociazione use it daily in their kitchens, appreciating its many strengths.

To best enhance the fragrance and flavor of mortadella, let it rest at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
