Recipe

Preparation

  1. Cut the mortadella in cubes.
  2. Mix in a bowl flour, water and yeast and knead vigorously.
  3. Cover the bowl and allow to rise for about 2 hours.
  4. Add mortadella and salt.
  5. Grab a spoonful of mixture and fry it in vegetable oil for about 1.5 minutes on each side.
  6. Repeat for each zeppola.
