100g Mortadella Bologna IGP (PGI), 2 peppers, 1 onion, 100g ground beef, 100g saussage, 15g spiced salt, 3 tablespoons of extravirgin olive oil
Clean the peppers and cut them in half. Bake the peppers in the microwave for 8 minutes, at the maximum temperature. Finely slice the onion. Fry the onion in extravirgin olive oil. Add the ground beef and the sausage cut into rondelles and flavour for few minutes on high heat. Add the mortadella cubes, salt and cook for 15 minutes. Fill the peppers with the stuffing. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
