Mortadella & Goat Cheese Rosettes

6 slices of mortadella, 300g goat cheese or similar spreadable cheese, 2 bunches of rocket salad


Chop the rocket roughly and mix it into the cheese. Cut the slices of mortadella in half. Spread the cheese halfway around the edge of each half-slice of mortadella. Fold the mortadella in half and roll it up in a “rose”.
