Recipe Preparation Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the cream and parmesan cheese and beat together using a whisk. Add the diced mortadella. Empty the mixture into the muffin tins which have been previously greased with butter. Place in the oven and cook at 120°C for 40 minutes.
