Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the cream and parmesan cheese and beat together using a whisk.
  3. Add the diced mortadella.
  4. Empty the mixture into the muffin tins which have been previously greased with butter.
  5. Place in the oven and cook at 120°C for 40 minutes.

400g diced mortadella
200g single cream
100g grated parmesan cheese
3 eggs
4 aluminium muffin tins
Salt
Butter
