400g diced mortadella, 200g single cream, 100g grated parmesan cheese, 3 eggs, salt, butter, 4 aluminium muffin tins
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the cream and parmesan cheese and beat together using a whisk. Add the diced mortadella. Empty the mixture into the muffin tins which have been previously greased with butter. Place in the oven and cook at 120°C for 40 minutes.
