Preparation

  1. Thread the diced mortadella and cheese one after the other into the skewers.
  2. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a small bowl and dip the skewers in.
  3. Dip the skewers into the breadcrumbs and make sure they are covered well.
  4. Fry in very hot oil.
