300g diced mortadella, 300g diced Italian fontina cheese, 4 eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, oil for frying


Thread the diced mortadella and cheese one after the other into the skewers. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a small bowl and dip the skewers in. Dip the skewers into the breadcrumbs and make sure they are covered well. Fry in very hot oil.
