24 asparagus, 8 strips of mortadella, 100g grated parmesan cheese, oil for frying
Break off the tough part of the asparagus spears, then wash and boil them. Lay the mortadella strips out and sprinkle them with parmesan cheese. Cut the asparagus spears in half, lay three halves on each mortadella strip and then roll the mortadella strips up. Grease an oven dish, place the asparagus bunches in it and cook in a hot oven (180°C) for 5 minutes.
