Preparation

  1. Drain the anchovies, pat dry and wrap each with half a slice of mortadella.
  2. Pass them in the breadcrumbs and lay on a sage leaf.
  3. Grease a baking dish, settle the anchovies side by side and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

6 tabelspoons breadcrumbs
1/2 lemon
