Baked anchovies

Ingredients
16 fresh anchovies, 8 slices of Mortadella Bologna IGP (PGI), 16 sage leaves, 2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil, 6 tabelspoons breadcrumbs, 1/2 lemon, salt, pepper
Method
Drain the anchovies, pat dry and wrap each with half a slice of mortadella. Pass them in the breadcrumbs and lay on a sage leaf. Grease a baking dish, settle the anchovies side by side and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
