Ingredients

Pork, pork tripe, salt, pistachios (0,5%) – in recipes where foreseen, pepper, natural flavours, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Advice for use

To best enhance its flavour and taste, slice the product immediately after removing it from the refrigerator and let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes before consuming. Once opened the Self Service pack, eliminate the wrap and cover it with plastic film.

Storage

Store at a temperature between 0°C and 5°C.

Tasty culinary combination

Sprinkle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar to enhance its irresistible flavour.
