Blu di Felsineo is the iconic mortadella of the PGI range; fragrant and appetising, it is produced according to the original, ancient Bolognese recipe specified in the regulations of the Consorzio Tutela Mortadella Bologna PGI (Protected Geographical Indication).

To best enhance the fragrance and taste of mortadella, slice the product as soon as you take it out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.

Once the package is opened, remove the wrapping and roll the product in cling film.

Store at a temperature between 0°C and 5°C.

Drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar to fully enhance its irresistible flavour.
