Thanks to the entire Felsineo experience, it uses exclusively premium cuts of Italian meat, carefully dosed for optimal nutritional balance.
Thanks to its low fat percentage and high protein content, it has a nutritional profile particularly in line with the growing
consumer demand for foods with an excellent macronutrient balance.

All the pepper used to make this Mortadella comes from Fairtrade certified farmers and is commercialized following the Fairtrade's Standards.
