Iader Fabbri is a Nutrition Biologist and Dietitian, with a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technologies and a specialization in Human Nutrition Sciences.
He has always been involved in the world of sports, having previously been a cyclist. He has been a nutritionist for all Italian national cycling teams and a nutritional commentator. His clients include world-renowned athletes and several Olympic athletes, as well as many "ordinary" people seeking maximum psychophysical performance and therefore their personal "balance index."
He has written and published four books, and in addition to his daily practice, he communicates complex scientific principles daily through his media and social media channels in a language accessible to all, helping to create a true nutritional culture and improve the lifestyle of his community through simple, virtuous practices.
He is the creator of the iF Method, a nutritional approach based on blood sugar control and hormonal balance, rather than calorie counting or weighing food.
A few quick tips:
- In the iF Method, we often talk about nutritional intelligence: not "eliminating," but learning to use foods in the right way and at the right time.
- The iF Method goes beyond calorie counting: it's the metabolic quality of food, which over time builds health, body composition, and longevity.
"How, what, and when you eat is much more important than how much you eat."
