To best enhance the fragrance and taste of mortadella, slice the product as soon as you take it out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.

Once you have opened the self-service package, remove the wrapping and wrap the product in cling film.

Store at a temperature between 0°C and 5°C.

Excellent for filling tigelle! Mortadella, grilled courgettes, ricotta cheese and a guaranteed success.
