PRE-SLICED PRODUCT
Cut it into very thin slices: this will release all the aromas and flavors of this unique product.
Enjoy it at room temperature: we recommend leaving the slices out of the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to enhance their intense flavor.
WHOLE PRODUCT
Let the product breathe for 30 minutes before displaying: vacuum packaging suspends the skin's pigmentation, so we recommend removing the product from the bag 30 minutes before displaying. This will allow the rind to take on its characteristic amber color.
Remove the rind only when ready to slice: gently trim the rind as you slice the mortadella; it will peel easily, preserving all the flavor and aroma of the product.
Store at a temperature between 0°C and 5°C.
We recommend pairing it with a good red wine to fully enjoy its unmistakable flavour.
