Once you've opened the self-service package, remove the packaging and roll the product in plastic wrap.
To best enhance the aroma and flavor of the mortadella, slice it immediately after removing it from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
Store at a temperature between 0°C and 5°C.
