Once the package has been opened, remove the wrapping and roll the product in cling film.
To best enhance the fragrance and flavour of the mortadella, slice the product as soon as it is removed from the refrigerator and leave it to rest at room temperature for a few minutes before consuming.
Store at a temperature between 0°C and 5°C.
Drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar to fully enhance its irresistible flavour.
