SPECIALISTS
We started out making sausages in 1947 then concentrated on just mortadella in 1970, which means we have a 60-year relationship with the city and land of Bologna. Our current range extends to more than 500 different mortadella products for cold cuts counters and pre-packaged sector.

We feel the responsibility of being the top producer of IGP (PGI - Protected Geographical Indication) Mortadella Bologna.

INGREDIENTS
Our mortadella is made using only superior, safe and controlled ingredients.
It is the product of years of skill and experience, made using the very best of the latest technology.
There are actually very few ingredients, with no added sugar, milk derivatives, glutamates, colorants and artificial aromas.
It is cooked in special, high-tech dry air ovens to get the distinctive taste and unmistakeable fragrance.
It is then cooled rapidly to preserve the organoleptic properties.
