Felsineo La Blu Mortadella Bologna IGP

The founder of Felsineo's mortadellas, this is tasty, fragrant and mouth-wateringly good. Felsineo La Blu is produced according to the original, ancient Bologna recipe which has been adapted over the years to bring it into line with modern culinary habits.

It can be supplied in various sizes for cold cuts counters or the pre-packaged sector (100g, 350g, 380g, 500g, 750g and 1000g sizes).

It is produced as dictated in the Specifications of the Mortadella Bologna IGP (PGI) Consortium.

Ingredients: Pork meat, pork stomach, salt, pepper, natural aromas. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservative: sodium nitrite.

There are no polyphosphates, caseinates and glutamates nor fat and/or rind emulsions, sugar, powdered milk or GMO's in the ingredients. Felsineo La Blu Mortadella is gluten free. The product is packed into cellulose casings which allow essential natural shrinkage during cooking.
