Quality

In our Zola Predosa plant, manufacturing is done using state-of-the-art machinery featuring all the latest developments in technology in our sector. Each part of the production process is controlled by specialist personnel, and a modern software application monitors critical control points 24/7, as required in the international HACCP standard. Quality in the production process is assured by a special system set up to prevent all possible risks. Stringent controls over production and consistent compliance with preset standards gained Felsineo ISO 9002 certification as early as 14 February 1997.

For Felsineo, quality means respect and protecting consumers.

All our raw materials come from selected suppliers that are approved and checked by our internal quality team: only those that pass the stringent testing done on incoming materials are allowed to enter the production process. We do not use added artificial aromas, we simply exalt the natural taste and flavour of our mortadella through lavish recipes and very high cooking temperatures that are maintained consistently: for the sole purpose of making our product as easy to digest as possible.

We do not compromise on quality: we want consumers who choose our products to keep choosing them.
