Ghiandine Mini Mortadelle

Skinless mini mortadella only 3 cm in size, with the characteristic of not making the fingers greasy, in a pocket-size.

The Ghiandine are available in 4 different versions: classical, pistachio, hot pepper, rosemary.

Packed into practical and bright-coloured bags, the "Ghiandine" have a total weight of 70g making them suitable for all ages and all tastes.

Ingredients: Pork meat, pork stomach, salt, natural aromas. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservative: sodium nitrite.

There are no polyphosphates, caseinates and glutamates nor fat and/or rind emulsions, sugar, powdered milk or GMO’s in the ingredients. Ghiandine are gluten-free.

The product is packed into casings which allow essential natural shrinkage during cooking, then peeled and packaged in a protective atmosphere.
