Ingredients: Pork meat, pork stomach, salt, truffle, natural aromas. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservative: sodium nitrite.

There are no polyphosphates, caseinates and glutamates nor fat and/or rind emulsions, sugar, powdered milk or GMO’s in the ingredients. Felsineo La Nera is gluten free.

The product is packed into casings which allow essential natural shrinkage during cooking.
