Felsineo La Rossa Mortadella

The first mortadella with pistachio, flavoured with small slivers of hot pepper, flattened and with a very characteristic bean shape. Available for delicatessen counters in the 5 kg size.

Ingredients: Pork meat, pork stomach, salt, pistachios, pepper, chilli pepper, natural aromas. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservative: sodium nitrite.

There are no polyphosphates, caseinates and glutamates nor fat and/or rind emulsions, sugar, powdered milk or GMO’s in the ingredients. Felsineo La Rossa is gluten free.

The product is packed into casings which allow essential natural shrinkage during cooking.
