La Sciccosa Mortadella

The only mortadella with a black skin, produced only with high quality cuts of pork. The name itself highlights its elegant appearance, refined taste and delicate fragrance – really "snazzy".

Available for delicatessen counters in 7 kg to 13 kg sizes.

Ingredients: Pork meat, pork stomach, salt, pistachios, pepper, natural aromas. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservative: sodium nitrite.

There are no polyphosphates, caseinates and glutamates nor fat and/or rind emulsions, sugar, powdered milk or GMO’s in the ingredients. La Sciccosa is gluten free.

The product is packed into casings which allow essential natural shrinkage during cooking.
