Rustica Mortadella

A traditionally flavoured mortadella made of lean meat and exalted by cubes of dry cured ham and shelled pistachios, in an unusual flattened rectangular form. Also available in new pre-packaged formats (400g).

Ingredients: Pork meat, pork stomach, salt, pepper, natural aromas. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservative: sodium nitrite.

There are no polyphosphates, caseinates and glutamates nor fat and/or rind emulsions, sugar, powdered milk or GMO’s in the ingredients.

La Rustica is gluten-free. The mixture is enriched with pistachios and cubes of dry cured ham.

The product is packed into cellulose casings which allow essential natural shrinkage during cooking.
