Ghiad'Oro Mortadella

Mortadella made with pork from animals bred on organic farms. Available in 350g format.

This product is CCPB approved (Italian control body for organic products).

Ingredients: Pork meat, pork stomach, salt, pepper, natural aromas.

Preservative: potassium nitrite.

There are no polyphosphates, caseinates and glutamates nor fat and/or rind emulsions, sugar, powdered milk or GMO’s in the ingredients. The Ghiand'Oro mortadella is gluten-free. The product is packed into cellulose casings which allow essential natural shrinkage during cooking.
